Companies registered in Croatia or in other countries of the former Yugoslavia that produce, import or acquire electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators are obliged to implement the obligations under the directives 2012/19 / EU and 2006/66 / EC and sectoral regulations provided by law.
Our concern
- We take care that exporters comply with environmental legislation if they have their own branch in other countries, if they only have a registered tax number or if they sell their products online.
- We take care of registrations in the records of state bodies (e.g. FOND).
- As part of the extended producer responsibility, we take care of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reporting on products placed on the market (packaging, electrical and electronic equipment, batteries, tires, oils and motor oils).
- We advise on the equipment of branches in accordance with local legislation.
- Our branch in Croatia covers the entire region of the Western Balkans, and we cooperate with established strategic partners from Germany and France in the field of legislation in other EU Member States.
