Companies that manufacture, import or acquire electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators in Slovenia are obliged to comply with the obligations from the Directives 2012/19/ EU and 2006/66/EC and sectoral regulations provided by law.
Our concern
- We take care of obligations under sectoral regulations in Slovenia for Slovenian and foreign companies.
- We arrange for entries in the records of the Environmental Agency of the Republic of Slovenia and the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia.
- We use a web application for quantity management.
- We take care of semi-annual reporting to the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia in the E-TROD system.
- We take care of the obligations of Slovenian companies in other EU countries (AR – exporters).
- We are an Authorised Representative for foreign companies that sell products to Slovenia online and have obligations regarding the Slovenian Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act and Slovenian Packaging Act.
- We organize the collection and recycling of electronic waste, batteries and accumulators.
- We take care of the delivery of containers and other equipment.
- We take care of legally prescribed material to raise customer awareness.
